Kovi uses a credit-based model — each credit covers one complete interview session. You get 10 free credits when you sign up, and additional credits are available for purchase.

How Credits Work

  • 1 credit = 1 complete interview, regardless of duration (up to 60 minutes)
  • Credits are consumed when the interview begins, not when the link is generated
  • Unused links that expire or are never opened do not consume credits
This means you can safely generate interview links in advance, batch-schedule candidates, and only pay for the interviews that actually take place.

Purchasing Credits

Standard pricing is ₹150 per interview credit. Purchase credits directly from techeval.ai.
For bulk purchases or enterprise pricing, contact contact@techeval.ai. Volume discounts are available for teams running high-frequency hiring campaigns.

Account Limits

Techeval restricts registration to one user account per specific company branch. This ensures credit pools and candidate data stay organized by location. If your company has multiple regional offices or hiring hubs, users from each branch can register independently under the same company — as long as they are assigned to different regional branches or locations.

Checking Your Balance

Log in to the Techeval dashboard and navigate to the Credits section. There you can see:
  • Your current credit balance
  • A full usage history showing which interviews consumed credits and when
Top up credits before large hiring campaigns to avoid interruptions. Running out of credits mid-campaign means newly generated links will not activate until your balance is restored.
